Command Band of the Air Force Reserve, not The Air Force Band
Thanks. The first weekend in June is coming up for the event. Having been there years ago, I recall the French Governor's Mansion is nearby (a two room house that was the ultimate for the mid-1700's pioneer territory.)
Very interesting history. Never knew about this fort
I had no idea there was orange in this dessert.
I’ve never seen that before. Thank you for showing it.
This is so good, especially considering it was made 13 years ago.
Springpatch native approved!
I love Israel food!!!
I absolutely love this video. I’ve probably watched it 60 or 70 times. Just about every time I make a big steak I watch this video.
Thank you David. We love a good steak too.
@@travel-planners-radio-tv last night took the family out to Texas roadhouse and I had a 2 pound ribeye! I finished it but not all of my potato and salad lol😅
tried it in 2022 great fun
Great video.... I have been thinking of moving here
Thank you for your comment. It is much appreciated. Please subscribe. We have a lot more coming
I currently live in Maryland near Washington DC ….Too crowded and expensive…..
We missed this, but in the 1970’s at summer camp, we’d go on a 2 week trip down the Niangua River, each year. Absolutely beautiful ❗️ [ and that is something on my “bucket list “.] 📻🙂 Interesting video
Thank you for this very enjoyable video.
I like this show bc yall didn't just show only the 72oz steak challenge, yall showed all the 'backstage stuff,' like the menu, everything else that big texan has to offer. By now, everyone knows the 72oz steak. before now, we viewers didn't know anything else about the big texan.
I flip mine with an Asian ( Japanese or Chinese) angled wooden handle cleaver for meats, veggies, & even bones, lifts right off the grill & is so sharp you could shave with one &, holds its razor sharp edge, a big plus
I’m gonna go to this place in September to do the challenge…SO looking forward to it!
This was such a fun might & I will always remember this memorable meal.
Can you ride a bike across them?
That should be no problem, they are still in daily use. Thanks for viewing our channel.
Grew up on those cobblestone streets in the 60's and 70's. Couldn't of ask for much more at the time. We didn't need much. It was a much simpler time.
Looks like a fabulous museum
Some portions appear to be very small. Did you ever ask for seconds?
Most of these meals are in the restaurants rather than the buffets.I' 6'4'' and love to eat, but the portions were more than enough to leave you fully satisfied. Yes, I did ask for seconds on a few items (desserts) and it was no problem
I am ordering my burger smashing kit off Amazon. :)
Been there. Oh so good. Food. Yummy.
MSG is the key.
hope i can ride it one day
Thank you so much 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 jocina kujna

Here in New Zealand Carl’s Jr has a yellow arrow like In n Out burgers... What’s the difference between them?
Best burger ever
what video camera do you use
This was shot with a small Sony pocket camera. I now use a Sony AFX-53 4K camera
My favorite city in Israel.
Thanks for making this! I shared it with a friend coming to visit. The Needles and the wildlife are worth paying the $38 for the sticker for the year. Everytime I go to Custer State Park I see Buffalo.
Glad you liked it. Please stay in touch
what did the letters mean
Here is what Wikipedia says about TAPS; "Taps" is sometimes said to originate from the Dutch taptoe, meaning "close the (beer) taps (and send the troops back to camp)". An alternative explanation, however, is that it carried over from a term already in use before the American Civil War. Three single, slow drum beats were struck after the sounding of the Tattoo or "Extinguish Lights". This signal was known as the "Drum Taps", "The Taps", or simply as "Taps" in soldiers' slang
Muy Bien voy para Allá.
Did you know then this would go bankrupt?
We had no idea at the time. This was shortly after they started.
@@travel-planners-radio-tv me too, rode with twice.
AWESOME video!
Glad you enjoyed it
Impressive!
I'm in Dallas, I have to make my own. Never had one... Looks exactly like the way I do mine... Minus the "MSG" though.
I really appreciate your video. During these times where we can’t travel I enjoy watching videos form the past. Places where I want to visit:) thank you for your video stay safe!!

I was there.
It was amazing. Were you visiting or working there?
kevinandsuetravel I was a member of the Air Force Band that participated in what was not just that parade but a week of ceremonies and events. Was a very, very cool experience.
@@lbfeline2782 I have always said you were the tightest band there! You were amazing. The Italian band should have been playing 30's & 40's dance favorites in a beer and wine-soaked dance hall. Please stay in touch.
@@travel-planners-radio-tv Thanks - it was a really good group "The Command Band of the Air Force Reserve." We were an active duty band, but funded by AF Reserve. Only active duty pipe band in the entire DOD. Sadly band is gone. Think there is only 6 or 7 Air Force bands left. Cd available on amazon - www.amazon.com/Time-War-Peace/dp/B001EVWJPS It is my favorite of all the recordings we did.
